Full-time, 9 months JOB DESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for the operation and management of the college\xe2\x80\x99s Career and Technical Education (CTE) Horticulture program. Duties include instruction, curriculum development, outcomes assessment, institutional committee work, program promotion, distance delivery of coursework, and community service and outreach. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in the field of horticulture or related field or a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree and other appropriate work experience. QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED: Three or more years of relevant experience in the horticulture industry and documented successful teaching experience. Experience or background in any of the following areas: plant science, fisheries, wildlife, natural resources, soils, or UAS. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Successful applicant will be required to pass a criminal history background investigation prior to employment. SALARY: $42,000-$45,000.
