You will lead and manage the Credit & Lending Product Solutions team, which is responsible for the development, delivery and maintenance of the global credit & lending product suite. You will define and execute on the product strategy while leading a global team responsible for Product Ownership, Delivery, Strategy, and Development

The Credit & Lending Product Solutions team within Commercial Banking Solutions is responsible for management of JPMorgan\'s Commercial Banking suite of wholesale lending products, the firmwide credit & lending product hierarchy, and the delivery of lending solutions. The team manages and develops existing and new products, the wholesale lending product catalog, product standardization, field enablement, product governance, product data, revenue management & analytics.

Credit & Lending Products scope includes:

  • Traditional bi-lateral commercial lending
  • Syndicated and complex corporate lending
  • Leveraged lending
  • Collateral-based loans such ABL, RBL and Equipment Finance
  • Specialty lending structures
  • Credit support of Trade Finance
  • Credit support of Wholesale Payments
  • International credit & lending products
  • Select commercial real estate lending products
  • High profile projects driven by LOB strategy, regulatory or product transformation strategies

Job responsibilities
  • Continue buildout of global team; Establish vision around expansion of roles & responsibilities across multiple teams to enable execution of product strategy
  • Influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across Banking, Credit Risk, Wholesale Lending Services, Credit Markets, Debt Capital Markets, Digital, and other Product teams to execute on team objectives
  • Propel end-to-end management and launch of credit & lending product offerings to clients
  • Provide oversight for updates to product hierarchy and features library to ensure lending offerings are consistently referenced and identified across LOBs, financial reporting, client reporting and operations.
  • Guide common standards for product sales, structuring and execution; Provide governance and monitoring of deals falling outside of documented structuring and pricing standards
  • Ensure proper change readiness, controls and training of Credit Risk and Wholesale Lending Services to support product and feature commercialization; Manage towards effective key product performance indicators (KPIs) and results, including product adoption, pricing, revenue, cost management, and capital efficiency
  • Propel analytics or guidance to aid balance sheet and revenue management decisions impacted by credit or lending products; Report on product team initiatives, business cases, and progress to C-level stakeholders; Ensure compliance with audit and information risk policies

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • 20+ years\' experience with growing responsibilities in either commercial banking product management, corporate banking or commercial lending or credit.
  • Deep understanding of lending ecosystems and the financing needs of corporate and/or real estate clients; Highly skilled at structuring and handling complex solutions to meet client needs
  • Demonstrated expertise in lending products and end-to-end credit delivery spanning banking/sales, underwriting and/or operations
  • Solid track record of success in leading large-scale initiatives and strategic projects across various product or banking teams
  • Creative problem-solving skills, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions
  • Proven ability to build, lead and motivate a team and other stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with influencing experience

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Bachelor\'s degree required; MBA or related Master\'s Degree
  • Experience collaborating across functional groups including sales, service, compliance and legal teams
  • Ability to maintain control environment and process management
