JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The primary job responsibility of the Guest Service Ambassador is to enroll guests in The Mint Rewards program.
- The Guest Service Ambassador maintains positive body language while walking the gaming floor and remains approachable throughout the shift.
- With an upbeat and positive attitude, the Guest Service Ambassador approaches all guests playing without a Players Club card.
- As an expert in The Mint Rewards, the Guest Service Ambassador explains the benefits of The Mint Rewards and the offer of up to $500 in Free Slot Play at the time of sign up.
- Assists the guest in accessing their Free Play at the gaming machine or marketing kiosks upon sign up as needed.
- Focuses on establishing rapport and building professional relationships with new and existing guests.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
- Internal candidates must meet the eligibility requirements as provided in the Transfer and Promotion policy.
- Must be able to obtain a valid Kentucky Horse Racing License.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must pass any and all required background checks.
