A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A FRONT DESK CLERK
As a front desk clerk at our hotel, you arrive each day ready to get to work and do your part in ensuring that our guests are always greeted with a warm welcome during check in or check out procedures. You are friendly, customer service driven and attentive to details. You are a problem solver and understand the importance of the hotel guest experience. Since the front desk clerk is the first impression to our guests, you play a critical role in our success!
You perform an essential duty, handling the everyday needs of the guests. Check in/out, reservations and addressing guest questions or concerns are the primary focus of the position. Our guests appreciate your warm greetings and responses to special requests. Using your excellent customer service skills, you respond to our guests\' concerns, complaints, or suggestions and refer them to management when necessary.
