Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
Manage front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using multi-line phone systems.
Handle guest inquiries with enthusiasm, offering solutions and information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
Maintain excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple calls in a fast-paced environment.
Assist guests with special requests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions and ensure accurate financial records.
Support guest relations by resolving issues swiftly, maintaining a positive attitude throughout interactions.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and facilities meet high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Uphold hotel management policies, including safety procedures and confidentiality protocols.
Promote hospitality management principles by creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests.
Experience with hotel experience systems, including reservation software and multi-line phone systems.
Knowledge of guest services, resort operations, and hotel management best practices.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries professionally.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for night audit duties or peak times.
