We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and experienced full-time Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience. The Guest Service Agent will work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks related to guest services and front desk operations.

Pay is based on verifiable experience.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

- Manage reservations through phone systems and online platforms, ensuring accuracy in guest information.

- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.

- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively.

- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure room readiness.

- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures in accordance with hotel policies.

- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality management throughout all guest interactions.

Qualifications

- Previous experience at a hotel front desk is required.

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.

- Familiarity with front desk operations is required.

- Proficient in using phone systems and standard office software applications.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including 3pm - 11pm, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
