Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality. Duties: - Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing a welcoming atmosphere - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payment processing - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally - Assist guests with any requests or issues they may have during their stay - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve them in a timely manner - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multiple phone lines - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Familiarity with hotel front desk operations and guest services - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure - Knowledge of night audit procedures is desirable - Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous We offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive work
