We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include managing guest relations, handling inquiries, and assisting with check-ins and check-outs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out procedures. Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide accurate information to guests. Operate phone systems efficiently to handle incoming calls, reservations, and guest requests. Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions. Uphold high standards of customer service in line with hospitality management principles.

Experience

Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems effectively. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with front desk operations is advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.22 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
