Job Description

Grand Salon & MedSpa is looking for two warm, professional, and service-minded individuals to join us part-time (approximately 16 hrs/week) on our Guest Relations team.

Experience in the spa/salon industry, retail sales, or merchandising is a strong plus.

As an essential part of our front-of-house team, you'll help ensure each day runs smoothly by:

Scheduling appointments Welcoming and checking guests in and out Answering phones and assisting with guest inquiries Supporting retail merchandising Maintaining general salon upkeep and assisting with light laundry Helping create the warm, elevated atmosphere our guests know and love

We're seeking someone reliable, personable, and team-focused with excellent communication skills. POS and scheduling software experience--especially within the spa/salon industry--is a big plus. Availability to work

evenings and Saturdays

is required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 18 per week
