We're looking for an upbeat, customer-focused individual who loves engaging with guests and creating memorable experiences. As a Guest Relations Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
Assist with inquiries and special requests.
Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere in the restaurant.
Support team members during peak holiday periods.
What We're Looking For:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Previous customer-facing customer service experience required.
Schedule:
Holiday Season: Daily, Monday - Saturday (off Sundays).
Must be available to work hours between 11am and 10pm.
