Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Service:
Greet clients and manage the check-in/check-out process
Answer phones and assist with scheduling, service questions, and general inquiries
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
Provide friendly and attentive service to all clients and team members
Client Check-In Calls:
Demonstrate genuine care and appreciation for clients
Let clients know they are valued and missed
Confirm satisfaction with their most recent visit
Strengthen relationships through positive, thoughtful follow-up communication
Remind clients that we are here, grateful, and ready to serve them
Provide a simple and welcoming pathway for clients to return for any service
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional, reliable, and punctual
Customer service or front desk experience preferred
