Group Facilitator

to join our residential mental health team. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, compassionate, and eager to build hands-on experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges.

About the Role

As a Group Facilitator, you will lead engaging group sessions for residents in a structured and supportive environment. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills by creating group topics or curriculum while working closely with an experienced clinical team. This is a great role for someone who is passionate about people, enjoys facilitating discussions, and wants to grow long-term in the mental health field.

Responsibilities

Facilitate daily or weekly group sessions focused on mental health, coping skills, life skills, wellness, and personal growth Create and develop engaging group topics and curriculum tailored to client needs Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive group environment Encourage participation and healthy discussion among clients Collaborate with the clinical and residential team to support treatment goals Maintain appropriate documentation as required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required (Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or related field preferred) Passion for working with individuals struggling with mental health challenges Creative mindset with the ability to design and adapt engaging group content Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
