Qualifications

Prior experience in landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Knowledge of lawn care techniques, horticulture principles, and landscaping practices is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and gardening equipment safely. Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team. Valid driver's license is preferred for transportation between job sites.
