Apartment community looking for full time Groundskeeper.

The groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the grounds, picking up trash and performing other tasks assigned by the Manager or Maintenance Supervisor. A working knowledge of general grounds care and possible some light maintenance or janitorial work is required.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Establishes and executes a regular preventative maintenance scheduled concerning the grounds. Ensures that residents are provided a clean, well maintained community. Assists the Maintenance Assistant with light maintenance and/or fills in for the Maintenance Assistant when necessary. In addition, the Groundskeeper may have some responsibilities in cleaning the office, laundry room, clubhouse and other common areas. Also may clean interior of apartments. Follows OSHA safety programs. Completes all tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
