Job Description
Come join the team at Kopetsky\'s Ace Hardware! A faced paced, friendly and locally owned business. We are looking for a new team members to assist our customers in our greenhouse during the spring and summer season.
Kopetsky\'s Ace Hardware offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay and a relaxed dress code.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Care for all plants by watering, deadheading, and moving to appropriate areas.
- Unloading of plant carts when shipments arrive.
- Merchandising of all outdoor product including pallets of dirt, soil, and mulch.
- Provide a positive representation of Kopetsky\xe2\x80\x99s Ace Hardware.
- Proactively assist customers in solving problems.
- Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates.
- Ensure all pages and calls are answered promptly, courteously and effectively.
- Forward any customer complaint that cannot be handled to a member of management.
- Possess strong product knowledge and knowledge of store layout and location of products.
- Assist customers with personal, customized service based on the premise of an amazing experience for every customer, every time.
- Work shifts vary but generally no less than four hours and may exceed eight hours.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
