Compensation Range: $40.00 - 41.25 per hour We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our client\'s team!
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing designs that effectively communicate the brand message to their target audience. You will be required to think strategically about your work and produce creative solutions that help the Marketing team achieve their goals with thoughtful customer-centric design that is consistent with their core values. The ideal candidate has experience in storytelling, problem-solving, and is detail-oriented, curious, and collaborative.
Responsibilities:
- Be an influential voice in the development and evolution of the brand.
- Strategize and design high-profile marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams both inside and outside Marketing.
- Collaborate on projects with content writers, web developers, agency partners and vendors.
- Own visual branding and design production of digital and live marketing events.
- Candidates must meet the minimum requirements outlined.
- Education: Bachelors
- 3-5 years experience as a brand visual designer at a tech company, B2B company, marketing agency, or related experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite, Adobe Creative Suite apps, and modern prototyping tools.
- A passion for meaningful design solutions, and expertise in design principles: color, typography, layout, and conceptual skills.
- The ability to think creatively and explore original ways to communicate complex concepts in a clear and illustrative way.
- The ability to work independently and across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail oriented, with scrupulous file management while collaborating with other team members.
