Graphic Designer \xe2\x80\x93 Summary/Objective The Graphic Designer is an integral part of the Marketing and Creative Services team and will be responsible for planning, design, execution, and project management of the client\xe2\x80\x99s print and electronic collateral, to include logos, menus, Point-of-Sale (POS), signage, and environmental graphics. In addition, this position will highly influence the client\xe2\x80\x99s brand and guest experience of all locations in the United States and Canada. The Graphic Designer will report directly to the Director of Marketing and Creative Services. Essential Functions \xc2\xb7 Translate creative into production-ready deliverables and versions \xc2\xb7 Design and/or update all menus and menu boards \xc2\xb7 Engage internal and external stakeholders to design, print & deliver compelling POS materials \xc2\xb7 Work with the Director of Creative Services and Marketing Team to design, print and deliver any logos, POS and signage needed for promotional calendar \xc2\xb7 Work with the Creative Services and Marketing Team to create any signage needed for displays and/or tabletop \xc2\xb7 Manage signage needs for all new unit openings and refreshes \xc2\xb7 Communicate design standards and guidelines to field on correct ways of using POS and other signage \xc2\xb7 Identify and help develop innovative solutions for displaying signage to help improve customer communication \xc2\xb7 Develop packaging and labels for new program roll-outs \xc2\xb7 Maintain the central database to hold relevant marketing material and photography \xc2\xb7 Ability to travel up to thirty-five percent (25%) within the U.S. and Canada \xc2\xb7 Regular attendance as required by company policy \xc2\xb7 Performs any other duties as assigned by supervisor. Education/Experience & Skills \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Graphic Design or related field required \xc2\xb7 Minimum two (2) years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in graphic design; food service or hospitality industry highly desirable \xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of print ready artwork production \xc2\xb7 Fluent in Adobe Design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is required \xc2\xb7 Demonstrates a passion for creative and customer engagement with a team-player mentality \xc2\xb7 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with astute attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to work independently, ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment \xc2\xb7 Strong business acumen with desire to make positive impact on the business \xc2\xb7 Technical competence with Microsoft Office Suite \xc2\xb7 Must be creative, organized and passionate with a hands-on approach \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication (verbal and written), organization, time management, and follow-up skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to handle conflict, work under pressure/deal with high pressure scenarios, and resolve uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports and do so while exercising sound judgement and decision making \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to work both independently and among cross-functional teams with minimal supervision, ability to juggle multiple tasks, and effectively prioritize assigned job duties to meet deadlines and objectives \xc2\xb7 Ability to read and formulate action plans, schedule and keep accurate records \xc2\xb7 Ability to observe existing conditions and derive strengths and/or weaknesses of current state \xc2\xb7 Dynamic and positive attitude to support our culture and work environment and foster positive working relationships with others in the organization Job Type: Full-time Pay: $46,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year Benefits:
