Golf Shop Assistant
Job Description
About us ITL golf club is an indoor golf facility located in Honolulu, HI. Our goal is to Provide Hawaii with state of the art entertainment and exceptional experience for our gests through our facility and exceptional customer service. The facility includes hitting bays, putting and chipping green, and a fitness area. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with registration process
- Provide launch monitor demonstrations and explain how to use the facility equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized shop floor
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system
- Assist with inventory management and restocking Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to perform basic retail math calculations for transactions and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the responsibilities and qualifications required for this position.
