Description: THE TEAM Regarded as one of the best country club lifestyles in Wisconsin, the Beloit Club offers our members an award-winning 18-hole golf course, family-friendly pool areas, a stunning clubhouse facility spanning 24,000 square feet and incredible dining experiences at every stop. THE PLAYER You are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the golf shop for the Club including displaying all golf related items, checking in golfers, making tee times, selling retail items and ensuring both member and guest satisfaction. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Open/close golf shop per written procedures.
- Answer phone and make/cancel tee times.
- Assist members and guest with retail purchase questions; assist in finding the correct product
- Properly record transactions for purchases
- Run appropriate end of shift reports and reconcile to reports
- Ensure golf shop inventory is stocked and well displayed and promote sales to members
- Promote and register members for various club functions to include golf and social functions
- Perform other duties as assigned
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You possess proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
