Job Description


Support to the Global Real Estate - Operations & Engineering Project Management as well as other leaders within Property Management on matters related to general administrative support, defining reporting, develop risk indicators necessary to escalate and enhance global project governance. This position requires general knowledge in MEP/F systems, building operations, process improvement and data analyses. Ideal candidates would have familiarity with developing data metrics and identifying patterns for status indicators.

Job responsibilities:

  • Extracting data from various internal systems and developing reporting for firmwide stakeholders
  • Interacting with internal and external property and project management teams to improve efficiency and standardization.
  • Support the planning of capital projects and compilation of project budgets.
  • Ensure updating of engineering drawings and standard management of technical records.
  • Present clear reporting and communications to internal and external teams.
  • Assist GRE-OE team with document management and standard adherence.
  • Implement and enhance global strategy for reporting, confirming goal adherence, and maximize efficiencies for both internal and external teams.
  • Provide professional input and feedback while reviewing service provider documentation.
  • Assist with conceptualizing cost savings opportunities associated with MEP/F efficiency improvements and project forecasting.
  • Communicates internally on program delivery and results both written and spoken
  • Navigating and populating data in various software platforms to ensure evergreen data for leadership review.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a data analyses
  • Bachelor\'s Degree preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including past publishing and speaking experience
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
  • Ability to manage and track large amounts of data, and to articulate a clear and meaningful message supported by the data
  • Passion for identifying and addressing issues
  • Ability to build rapport, garner respect, and appropriately exercise authority and influence in a collaborative cross-cultural environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to meet or exceed deadlines, prioritize, multi-task, and maintain flexibility in fast-paced, changing environment
  • High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and sense of urgency
  • Solid organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office
