Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall business strategy, execution, and P&L results.
Manage the Sales, Distribution, and Administrative teams to increase sales, profitability, distribution efficiency, productivity, and employee involvement.
Ensure that the operating objectives and standards of performance are not only understood but implemented by management and employees.
Develop short and long-term goals for the business.
Monitor and analyze customer sales, and opportunities.
Analyzes industry, customer, product, and competitor trends for new sales opportunities.
Assumes responsibility for budget and forecast development of revenue and profitability.

Qualifications Required for Position:

Bachelor\'s Degree or relevant industry experience.
Minimum 10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in distribution management, preferably rapid diagnostics test, lab specimen collection, or medical supply.
Experience working with P&L concepts - revenue, cogs, gross profit margin, operating expenses, EBITDA, and income.
Business driven with proven planning and forecasting experience.
Very strategic, highly analytical, and strong problem solving skills.
Strong sales experience.
Organized, ethical, and a leader by example.
Strong writing, presentation development, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Periodic travels to Trade Shows and customer sites.
