We are seeking a dynamic and driven General Manager to lead our resort and wedding venue in beautiful Lake George, NY. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing luxury resorts with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. The General Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the resort, including guest services, staff management, and financial performance. Key responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the resort, including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance
• Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
• Lead a team of managers and staff, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure the highest level of service
• Create and manage budgets, financial plans and strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a management role in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

About The Inn at Erlowest: The Inn at Erlowest offers luxury resort-style accommodations on 15 acres of lakefront on the stunningly beautiful Lake George, NY. The property consists of a historic 10 bedroom Inn, 22 townhomes, 10 villas, a carriage house, pool, beach with swim area, and several docks. There are two banquet halls used for about 80-120 weddings per year. Additionally there is a four diamond restaurant and bar on the property called "Shepards".
