The Fulfillment Manager is part of a team that is instrumental in providing assistance to the e-commerce side of our business and distribution center to provide the best customer service to our customers, helping our guests choose accessories and ski apparel and gear/hardgoods. We are seeking an Assistant Fulfillment Manager to join our Gorsuch family of retail professionals. General Duties the Assistant Fulfillment Manager are:

  • Working with the team running necessary reports to commence daily functions.
  • Trouble shoot and solve inventory issues.
  • Coach and manage the shipping department team to ensure packages are being accurately processed.
  • Train employees in shipping and packing orders.
  • Budget and maintain current inventory of shipping/packaging supplies to analyze usage and determine needs.
What the Assistant Fulfillment Manager will need to be a great candidate:
  • Previous experience in logistics, warehouse and supply chain management and retail inventory management.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoy working in a team setting and helping other departments when needed.
  • Attention to detail with excellent communication skills, verbal, written and digital.
  • Ability to work in warehouse management systems.
