Your Responsibilities



As a Supply Management Manager, Order Fulfillment Process for John Deere Dubuque Works located in Dubuque, IA, you will lead a part of the Order Fulfillment Process and Procurement Supply Management processes. In addition, you will:

  • Develop and manage relationships with strategic suppliers
  • Partner in the vision and strategy for the Dubuque Materials Management operation as well as helping define supply management strategies for the factory
  • Lead supply management for a product line by integrating your team into the overall vision/strategy of John Deere\xe2\x80\x99s Construction and Forestry division
  • Create a positive culture and employee experience while fostering growth and talent development among direct team

  • Ability and experience to strategically think to create a vision for the team, product line and/or supplier
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong collaboration skills across many teams/functions
  • Able and willing to travel up to 25% domestically, based on business needs

Education



Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
