JOB TITLE: Billing Coordinator

With a current staff of over 125 dedicated individuals, operating 6 locations, and over 75 GPS tracked vehicles, we can effectively serve over 36 counties Coast to Coast in the Greater Central Florida area.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Perform a variety of tasks involving running reports, process orders and invoices.
• Answer phones, take customer orders and enter in Order Entry Module, and provide quality customer service.
• Balance fuel inventory daily, update orders for invoicing customers, invoice customers.
• Balance petty cash box, make deposits, and track cash receipts daily.
• Keep oil Change Tracker updated.
• Receive inventory product.
• Perform month end inventory and inventory reorder.
• Balance driver\xe2\x80\x99s paperwork.
• Work independently in the absence of supervision
• Understand and follow oral and written instructions
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have at least 2 to 3 years in similar role.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Application, (Windows, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
• Must be well organized and must be attentive to details.
• Results-oriented, able to complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner.
