fully licensed

Crisis Clinician/Outpatient Therapist to join our amazing Mental Health Urgent Care Team in Fort Collins, CO!

Duties include providing mental health treatment and crisis intervention for individuals aged 5 and older in collaboration with the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. We treat a wide range of mental health needs, such as depression, anxiety, substance use, ADHD, grief and loss, trauma, sleep-related disorders, LGBTQ+ related issues, bipolar disorders, stress, phobias, and more.

Requirements/other:

A

Master's of Social Work

from an accredited social work program by the Council of Social Work Education with licensure A

Master's of Counseling

from an accredited Counseling program with licensure. This position provides assessment and treatment of mental health issues, including emotional or social disorders, and may use a variety of methods for the treatment of those disorders. The treatments will be provided in person or virtually at clinic location. The duties include working on an interdisciplinary team having four service lines: medical, outpatient mental health, case management, and mental health urgent care. Bonus eligible

Clinic hours are 9am to 7pm Monday to Saturday.

, choose the days and hours that work best for you within our operating hours (Monday through Saturday 9am to 7pm). The only fixed requirement is working every other Saturday.
