is looking for a

Maintenance Director

to join our team who has technical skills, leadership ability, and an understanding of the unique needs of an senior living community.

Schedule: Day shift, Sunday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm

Pay: $27-$30.00 per hour, DOE

Essential Duties:

Complete routine maintenance and preventive care for all facility equipment, HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and structural aspects. Supervise maintenance staff and outside service providers, ensuring work is completed. Conduct regular safety inspections and adhere to regulations regarding facility maintenance and safety. Ensure that all maintenance tasks are conducted with minimal impact on the residents and respects their privacy and dignity. Maintain emergency preparedness plans, including regular drills and training for staff.

Job Requirements:

Must be able to pass a DSHS background check

Must be 18 and authorized to work in the US

Experience in maintenance management, in an assisted living, healthcare, or hospitality setting, preferred Solid understanding of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) and grounds maintenance. Knowledge of regulations and standards of senior living or healthcare facilities, preferred A clean valid Washington State Driver's License
