Job Summary:
This position provides strategic and operational leadership for assisted living and memory support services. Responsible for ensuring compliance, promoting clinical excellence, and maintaining resident satisfaction through effective management.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage daily assisted living operations.
- Lead staff in delivering person-centered care.
- Uphold all local, state, and federal care regulations.
- Oversee department budgets and resource allocation.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming community environment.
- Conduct quality assessments and participate in QAPI initiatives.
- Ensure staff education in emergency and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with families and team members for optimal care delivery.
Qualifications:
- Active RN or LPN license.
- Minimum three years of supervisory nursing experience.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in EHR systems.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
