Director of Assisted Living

Full Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Summary:

Responsible for overseeing all administrative, operational, and clinical aspects of assisted living and memory support programs. Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations and organizational policies while maintaining high-quality standards and supporting resident well-being. Plays a key role in inspections, quality improvement, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily operations of assisted living and memory care services.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.

- Provide clinical guidance and staff mentorship.

- Develop and manage departmental budgets.

- Maintain safe and comfortable living environments.

- Participate in quality assurance programs.

- Support staff training and continuing education initiatives.

- Collaborate with admissions and family members for smooth transitions.

- Monitor infection control and safety practices.

- Participate in ongoing leadership development activities.

Qualifications:

- Licensed RN or LPN.

- Minimum of 3 years in a nursing leadership role.

- Strong understanding of assisted living regulations and care practices.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Proficient in electronic health record systems.
