Required Qualifications:
Medical Assisting certification
Required travel to Gaithersburg and Suitland offices
Bilingual in English/Spanish
Preferred Qualifications:
1 - 2 years of Medical Assistant experience
Knowledge of medical practice
Responsible for documenting accurate and detailed information of patient visits
Adhere to practice protocols and processes, and effectively manage the volume of work without allowing quality to be compromised
Impeccable verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and effective at multi-tasking
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees and the public
Technologically savvy with strong computer knowledge
Capable of effectively handling patient work flow
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding, work environment
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to conduct self in accordance with employee manual
Prior scribe experience
