This is a multi-location position. Aspen Hill General and Cosmetic Dentistry is a large multi-specialty practice that is looking for a motivated front desk associate. Home to 15 operatories, with 14 doctors here on Monday-Saturday, this office will be the main location for this position, in addition to a brand new office, Maryland Family and General Dentistry. Maryland Family is a brand-new, fully renovated practice in Gaithersburg, Maryland. As of the time of this posting, this office is not open, but we are excited to be opening this office to the public as soon as February, 2023. Once this office opens, this front desk associate will be in Gaithersburg at Maryland Family one to two days a week, and the remainder of the days will be in Silver Spring at Aspen Hill. we will need a dedicated front-desk associate who is proficient in the following things:
- Answer phone calls and greet patients
- Schedule patients for planned treatment and re care
- Work with fellow staff and doctors to provide the best service we can do ALL patients.
- Manage the office email
- Send out any record release requests
- Take payments and handle over the counter transactions
- Have patients fill out questionnaires
- Work cohesively in a team-oriented environment.
- Confirm insurance eligibility.
- Spanish Speaking (REQUIRED)
- Vaccinated (Preferred)
- At Least One Year of Dental Experience (REQUIRED)
