Ensure 100% satisfaction from the moment a guest arrives at the School until they leave. Serve as the main point of contact for all guest\xe2\x80\x99s requests/needs, and then pursuing the issue to a resolution. The agent must exhibit courteous hospitality at all times and must be proactive in every area. Duties will include: checking guests in and out of the school, revenue optimization, fulfilling their requests during their time in school, answering telephone inquiries, setting appointments, and other duties as assigned. Must have a pleasant attitude and excellent demeanor. Must work well under pressure. Schedule flexibility is necessary.

Opening, closing and balancing cash drawer
Retrieve phone messages
Schedule appointments for guest and students
Confirmation calls daily
Teaching students proper guest handling procedures
Responsible for keeping reception area clean at all times
Dust retail shelves
Keep desk and surrounding area free of clutter and trash
Assist when needed with the inventory process
Meeting monthly performance sales and service goals
