The hours of the shift in need are 8:00 AM through 3:00 PM, and 3:00 PM through 10:00 PM, with availability for both weekends and weekdays. The ideal candidate for this position will be very reliable with customer service experience. Located in the stunning San Juan Mountains of Western Colorado, our spa is both uplifting and therapeutic. The continuously flowing hot springs ensure unequaled relaxation and encourage the ultimate release from the stress of modern living. Our work environment includes:

• Historic lobby office setting and premises
• Wellness programs (massage, spa, and hot springs)
• Courtyard hotel rooms on site, interior rooms on site, two houses for hotel stay on adjacent properties, and a cottage/cabin for hotel stay adjacent to the lobby.

Responsibilities:

• Accept phone calls and greet visitors.
• Check in and check out hotel guests.
• Answer questions about the products and services offered.
• Schedule massage appointments and private pool reservations.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Receive payments from customers.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Empty towel bins into the housekeeping area from pool guests.
• Clean and maintain hotel lobby upkeep, including: stocking coffee/tea bar, vacuuming floors when dirty, restocking towels and robes for hotel guests, keep massage and private pool scheduling books organized, keep desk area tidy and clean, empty lobby garbage bins as necessary.
