: Front Desk Client Relations

Reports to:

Spa Manager/Owner

Responsibilities:

Patient Flow: Greeting & ensuring all clients are completely checked into their appointment as well as any loyalty Rewards programs, have signed all proper consent forms, are prebooked for their next appointment and booked under the correct treatment. Sales Support: Providing sales opportunities to clients by upselling treatments, skincare & memberships Processing Payment: Collecting payment & accurately checking out clients with collaboration from treatment providers if needed. Client Communication Triage: Staying on top of our Med Spa & Salon email for any client or networking inquiries, answering & responding to incoming client texts & calls. Following up with clients as needed. Utilizing phone etiquette to manage follow-up databases and Booking appointments. Creating a warm working environment and setting the tone for the team's growth. Assisting in sales and day to day client conflicts that may arise by providing conflict resolution and remain professional.
Experience Requirements:

Experience with Med Spa industry is a plus. Sales: Having a background in sales is a requirement to maintain a healthy flow of our skin care product retention, also maintaining a clean and stocked display. Displaying product & treatment service demonstrations to effectively educate clients on various benefits from our skin care/treatment services. Marketing: Previous experience in Marketing is a plus to collaborate with the Spa Manager on monthly specials, social media, and networking. Strong customer service & interpersonal skills to continue to build rapport with clients & marketing partners. A proactive work ethic to approach upselling, achieving monthly goals, staying relevant on our social media platforms, and brainstorming events to drive sales. Spanish speaking is a plus
