We are hiring a Client Experience Coordinator for our Frisco Medspa. You will handle hot social media leads, make outbound/inbound calls, schedule appointments, collect deposits, send confirmations, manage client flow, greet clients, take payments for scheduled treatments at check-in, collect 5-star reviews, and document important client notes.
You do not handle rebooking or sales -- that is done by our Concierge team. Your focus is creating a luxury front desk experience and ensuring clients arrive smoothly and on time.
