Client Experience Coordinator / Front Desk

Job Description

We are hiring a Client Experience Coordinator for our Frisco Medspa. You will handle hot social media leads, make outbound/inbound calls, schedule appointments, collect deposits, send confirmations, manage client flow, greet clients, take payments for scheduled treatments at check-in, collect 5-star reviews, and document important client notes.

You do not handle rebooking or sales -- that is done by our Concierge team. Your focus is creating a luxury front desk experience and ensuring clients arrive smoothly and on time.


Responsibilities



Handle hot social media leads & convert them into appointments Outbound + inbound calls, scheduling, and deposit collection Send appointment confirmations & reminders Greet clients, offer hospitality, verify details Take payments for scheduled treatments at check-in Maintain a clean and high-end front desk environment Collect 5-star reviews & document key client notes Support treatment flow & coordinate with aestheticians * Follow SOPs and maintain smooth daily operations
