Job Description


As a Fraud Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing associates who are responsible for executing resiliency activities, entitlement provisioning, artifact retention and stakeholder material development. You will regularly collaborate with global cross-functional groups including Controls, Compliance, Legal, and Risk in addition to internal team management.

Job responsibilities

  • Oversee the global business resiliency plan for the entire Asset & Wealth Management Fraud team & support end-to-end presentation development
  • Create, launch, and manage an enhanced collaborative content solution to uplift legacy manual folder hierarchy challenges
  • Oversee of internal team\'s new hire training program and ongoing content refinement to ensure training perpetually captures current solutions used by peers, steps followed and adheres to the current procedural controls enforced
  • Support artifact collection and socialization with peer manager for applicable exam management and scheduled content evaluations
  • Engage in annual resiliency control testing and validation activities; includes call tree validation
  • Coordinate large group meetings, minute collation and communication publishing
  • Support global Fraud Prevention & Remediation peers with finalization of procedural and job guidance content and storage
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 6+ years of experience managing a team or peer-management resources focused on delivering content management governance, training skill development and large communication material development; preferred background in a regulated industry - finance, healthcare, pharmaceutical, US Fed gov\'t contract
  • At least one year of experience of working in a highly matrixed, global environment either as an employee or as a long-term resource through a tenured consultancy
  • Must have excellent oral, written and reading accurate fluency required
  • Software application proficiencies listed important for role success, specifically: Adobe, Core MS Office Pro Suite, PowerPoint

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Intermediate Proficiency in comparable solution(s) such as cloud/real-time collaboration tools, cross-functional product change management, encrypted digital video telephony, and bring-your-own-device mobile app solutions/testing
  • Knowledge and correct use of common corporate idioms, acronyms, and regional references; project management terms, federal regulation abbreviations, regional segment acronyms
  • Artifact Publisher/Template and Presentation Materials
  • Experience with Change Management in support of large business programs using collaborative content solutions that deliver real-time transparency, execution progress and audit trail details for reporting purposes
  • Experience in supporting or management a team-level training program that ensures new hires have a robust onboarding program that drives success with hybrid curriculums that use
