Overview:

Cedar Fair is seeking a part - time Fraud Analyst Supervisor at our Knott\'s Berry Farm location. The Fraud Analyst Supervisor is responsible for analyzing, detecting and preventing credit card fraud. Processing all credit card disputes, inquiries and reconciliation.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze incoming disputes and inquiries to identify potential fraudulent patterns. Adapt data mining techniques to accommodate the results of investigation.
• Train and develop seasonal Fraud Analyst in reconciliation, responding to credit card disputes, and incoming communications from cardholders.
• Reconcile daily credit card and gift card activity for all Cedar Fair properties. Journalize credit card disputes and credit card related fees to the General Ledger.
• Coordinate with and educate Park Operations to facilitate the on-site verification process.

• High school diploma/GED required
• Associate\'s degree/vocational or technical training in Accounting/Finance preferred
• 2-4 years\xe2\x80\x99 work-related experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to work in fast-paced enviroment. Ability to work independently and conform readily to change.
• Knowledge of credit card processing, payment fraud investigation, prevention techniques, and dispute processing
• Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
• Must possess a valid Driver\'s License
