Foundry Training Language Instructor - Farsi

***This position requires an active National Agency Check. ***

The Foundry Training Language Instructor - Farsi will be responsible for providing direct language instruction to assigned and attached personnel. They will train using job-related and general language materials to remediate, sustain, and enhance mission-language skills and global language skills. The instructor will also develop language training curricula to meet training objectives.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay commensurate with experience.

Language Instructor - Farsi Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop, maintain and / or deliver training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
  • Provide lesson plans / presentations / curricula in support of educational goals and maintains materiel within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.).
  • Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products.
  • Develop / maintain training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government.
  • Provide Language Instructors for direct language instruction to assigned and attached personnel.
  • Train using job-related and general language materials designed to remediate, sustain, and enhance both mission-language skills and global language skills.
  • Develop language training curricula to meet training objectives
  • Perform other job duties as assigned
Language Instructor - Farsi Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years preferred.
  • Bachelor\'s degree is preferred
  • Native fluency in Farsi.
  • Minimum tested score of 3/3/3 proficiency on a DLPT or equivalent testing standard.
  • Knowledge of Farsi culture and military aspects.
  • Ability to develop concise and comprehensive training products.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
