Duties & Responsibilities:


Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to crew members Communicate job expectations, work plans, and safety requirements clearly and consistently Support and guide crew members to ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly Monitor job site activities and address issues or questions as they arise Lead by example with a strong focus on safety and teamwork Coordinate with supervisors and other crews as needed


Qualifications:


Previous management or leadership experience Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others Ability to lead a team and support a positive work environment Ability to work a flexible schedule that may vary Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Willingness to travel, with home time on weekends Physically able to sit, stand, and perform outdoor construction work


Requirements:

Safety CDL preferred Fed/med Card 5 years of experience in gas industry Ability to manage project
