Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Foreman/Supervisor

to oversee on-site construction activities, ensure job safety, and maintain quality and schedule performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, the ability to lead crews effectively, and a commitment to safety and excellence.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate construction crews and subcontractors Plan daily tasks and allocate resources efficiently Interpret and implement blueprints and project specifications Monitor progress and maintain schedules Conduct safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance Perform quality control checks and site inspections Communicate with project managers, vendors, and clients Resolve conflicts or delays on-site

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in construction Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to read blueprints and contracts In-depth understanding of OSHA safety regulations

OSHA-30 Certification preferred

Degree or diploma in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
