Join an exciting small business start up and become a mission critical contributor of Food Trailers Utah. FoodTrailersUT.com You\'ll be tackling Service and Repair Jobs and building Food Trailers. We also Print and Wrap and do Enclosed Cargo Trailer Rentals. The right candidate will see significant opportunities for growth. General Summary: Perform any and all tasks for our Service and Repair jobs. Perform any and all tasks to convert an enclosed Cargo Trailer to a Mobile Food Trailer customized to the buyer\'s specifications. Ensure that tasks are performed in a safe, professional, and timely manner with attention to detail. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Cut and Install Concession Serving Windows.
- Install Flooring such as diamond plate
- Install Wall coverings such as stainless steel or Plastic FRP.
- Install Electrical to Trailer and Food Appliances within.
- Install Plumbing including Water, Waste and Gray Tanks.
- Install Water Heaters or Tankless Water Heaters within Trailer.
- Install Triple Sinks and Handwash Sinks within Trailers.
- Cut and Install A/C Units into the roof of the trailer.
- Install appliances within the trailer and properly mount so they don\'t move in transit.
- Install Range Hood Ventilation over cooking surfaces of appliances.
- Install Awnings or Powered Awnings on the exterior of the trailer.
- Ability to repair and replace axles, springs and any other suspension compenents on Trailers
- Ability to solve electric or wiring issues
- Ability to repair roof of trailer or cosmetic damage to any exterior part of the trailer
- Ability to repair and reseal when there has been water damage
- Ability to complete Service and Repair jobs without guidance or supervision
- Ability to complete Food Trailer builds per the Responsibilities listed above
- Ability to use a variety of tools for builds
- Ability to work both as an individual and with a Team
- Ability to accept criticism and learn from it
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers and customers
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Possess a valid Driver\'s license
- Have access to daily reliable transportation
- Ability to Quote new customers and engage throughout completion of their build
