Job Description


Reputable Rhode Island-based General Contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team - The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing construction projects in the commercial, academic, and/or health-care sectors.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities.
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the required quality standards and in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that project goals are being met.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
  • Identify and manage project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management.

Required Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in construction management or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing construction projects in the commercial, academic, and/or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage. schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively. with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Experience with construction software and project management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
