Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with commercial experience in St. Louis, MO. As the Project Manager you will manage people and our construction projects from initiation to completion, and be a key decision maker on the team. This is a great position for a reputable general contractor that includes a above market compensation and lucrative bonuses!

• Manage multiple projects at a time from start to finish
• On-site once a week, in-office other days
• Provide leadership and direction on ground-up construction projects
• Coordinate with the on site teams, general contractor, subcontractors, etc.
• Plans and coordinates project activities inline with company polices and procedures
• Responsible for forecasting and estimating costs and changes to costs for project completion
• Creates and reviews project schedules
• Direct the support staff and coordinate with field crews and superintendents to ensure project delivery

• 10 years of construction experience
• Degree is not required
• Can hit the ground running
• Manage both projects and people
• Experience w/ planning, RFIs, submittals, bidding, keeping up w/ schedules, change orders, etc.
• Experience in ground-up commercial
• Estimating experience
• Driven & outgoing person
• Assess safety concerns on site
