Burgers by Wildwich in Newcastle, DE is looking to hire a full-time Food Service Manager. We pay $15-$20 plus tips, which average an additional $7 per hour, and provide great benefits including biannual bonuses, a birthday bonus, and free food from the area\'s most rockin\' food truck. The typical schedule is 40 hours a week.

FOOD TRUCK MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Day-to-day operations on the truck (Food prep, cooking, cashier, and customer service)
• Manage the team on the truck and ensure everyone is completing their assigned tasks
• Ensure food quality is up to our standards.
• Make sure Food is prepped and the truck is loaded, clean, and at the correct location on time
• Schedule team members and ensure all shifts are adequately covered.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience as an assistant manager or shift lead experience is a plus
• Driver\'s license and clean driving record
• Trainable
