- Travel to designated work sites and perform routine inspections of alarms, security and surveillance systems at commercial locations including schools, mill buildings and retail establishments.
- Respond to daily service calls for customer\xe2\x80\x99s activated alarms and security systems, install turn-key fire alarms, security and surveillance systems. Load and bring equipment, pull wires, program the system and perform final testing to ensure proper functioning systems.
- Document all details of work performed for service calls, inspections and installations for accurate reporting to customer.
- Participate in all safety related training and adhere to all company safety rules and regulations.
- 5 or more years\xe2\x80\x99 experience, preferred in fire alarm installation and service, willing to train
- Well-versed in fire alarm systems and exposure to surveillance systems and access control
- Electrician experience or education desired but not required
- General computer skills required
- Solid time management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and clean driving record required
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
- Ability to meet the Physical Demands: Lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, bending, reaching, pulling, crouching, standing for long periods of time and other related physical activities. Ability to work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions including extreme cold and heat.
- Work Schedule: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday 7:00 am \xe2\x80\x93 3:30 pm core hours. Flexibility is available

- Pay: $22 - $50 per hour depending on experience
- On-Call Pay: Pay 4-hour minimum at time and one-half
- On-Call Rotation: every other week up to every fourth week depending on coverage
