Fine Dining Server
Job Description
Revival has been a cornerstone of the dining scene for theatre, concert, movie goers and nightlife in the heart of downtown Berkeley since 2010. We are hiring experienced servers with knowledge of fine wines, California food, classic cocktails and craft spirits.
POS experience and literacy is required. Wine knowledge and experience in knowing how to recommend the right wine with each dish is required. 1 year experience with Craft Cocktails, familiarity with brands of spirits and cocktails is required. Strong experience with California produce/cuisine required.
We are busy, fast-paced, and high volume. We are a team of servers and support staff who share in all the work of set-up, service, break down and re-set together.
We work as a pooled house, sharing the collected gratuities between the service staff and kitchen team. We are a work family, where everyone helps everyone to achieve a great night of hospitality and service. Servers average $38-$45+ per hour.
$19.18/hour + tips.

We require a minimum of 3 days per week, and need a commitment to weekends, especially Sundays.
