As a Statutory employee, you will be a 1099 contractor and W2 for full-benefits; you'll work on a commission basis, with multiple streams of income, including residuals, persistency fees, enhanced commissions for four years, and a startup stipend.

As a Financial representative, you will help clients live more and worry less through personalized financial planning. Your role involves acquiring clients and delivering tailored financial solutions, supported by our robust training, mentorship, and product offerings.

Responsibilities:

- Prospect and engage potential clients

- Provide comprehensive financial planning support

- Collaborate with investment professionals to strengthen client relationships

- Prepare and verify financial plans

Qualifications:

- 4-year degree or equivalent professional experience

- Entrepreneurial spirit and ambition

- Proven success in relationship-building or client-facing roles

- Strong time-management and communication skills

- Commitment to continuous learning and collaboration

- Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
