Employment Type: Full-time, hourly starting at $17.00/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Receptionist to manage the front desk operations for our Lewes, DE office. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional client experience and support the operations team. The Receptionist is the Manager of First Impressions, embodying the standards and values of the organization and delivering a client experience unrivaled in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

Phone Line Management: Handle multiple phone lines efficiently, directing calls appropriately to our Lewes, DE and other company locations Gatekeeping: Manage client access to company personnel, ensuring proper scheduling and appointment handling. Scheduling: Schedule appointments for client-interfacing personnel, and maintain accurate calendar systems. Support Duties: when not answering phones be proactive when phone lines are not active by supporting administrative staff with folders preparation, paperwork, distributing incoming mail, managing outgoing mail, copying, and collating documents, scanning documents and other tasks. Regularly maintain an attitude of "what do I do to help." Front Desk Experience: Preferably has experience in the financial services industry or medical/ dental offices and brings an inviting, energetic demeanor. Greeting visitors: making sure that all visitors feel how special and important they are to the firm and to each employee by making them feel like they are visiting a good friend at their home Manages guest office experience by greeting each guest, offering beverages, and directing them to their meetings Adopt our client-service mantra: "Thank you for the privilege to serve you"
Qualifications

Experience: 2-3 years of front desk experience, preferably in financial services, insurance, banking or medical/dental settings, but other professional, high energy industry experience is also helpful Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent communication skills. Familiar with Microsoft Office, and CRM Data Entry/Calendar Management Personal Attributes: Friendly, Energetic, professional, and proactive, firm (when needed)
