Position Overview



We are seeking a Client Service Administrator (CSA) for our expanding team. This is a great opportunity for a friendly, optimistic, and detail-oriented candidate with a

minimum of 2+ years of financial services, mortgage, or tax experience

to thrive in an operational role.

We work hard, get things done on time, have high expectations of each other, pay close attention to details, but are not too formal.

This is a full-time position that will support a team-based approach to client service in managing client relationships. Standard hours are 40 hours per week during normal business hours. From time to time, this position may require time outside of standard hours.

On a daily basis, you will handle requests from advisors, clients, and operational team members and effectively use your passion, our technology, and our processes to provide consistently exceptional client service.

Responsibilities and Duties:



Communicate with clients, prospective clients, and team members in a friendly, professional manner while responding to and anticipating client and team needs Process investment account paperwork and track ACHs, transfers, contributions, distributions, etc. Support Tax Team with gathering data for tax returns and assembling/delivering returns. Problem solve directly with the custodians Schwab and Fidelity Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, email, and handling phone calls Effectively utilize our CRM to manage your daily workload and maintain/complete client data, tasks, account updates, etc.

Key Qualifications:



Minimum of 2+ years in financial services, mortgage processing/underwriting, or tax Good understanding of various financial and tax documents Tech-forward with comfortability to use not use paper, use multiple screens, learn new software, trouble shoot problems on your own using AI/searching, effectively manage your inbox and function as part of a team with shared inboxes. Custodian experience preferable (Schwab, Fidelity) Position requires a bright, self-motivated, and personable individual with strong verbal and written communication skills Must enjoy and excel at highly detail-oriented work and be able to follow through on assigned tasks and responsibilities Able to problem solve and work independently with a 'no job is beneath me' attitude Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Outlook, and Sharepoint A Two-year or four-year degree is preferred but not required for an otherwise strong candidate
