The ideal candidate will be decisive, resourceful, poised under pressure, and posses exceptional phone etiquette and technological proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities & Expectations
General administrative tasks: organize the advisor's schedule, set and confirm appointments, organize client files, prepare reports and proposals, pre-fill applications, process service requests, screen phone calls.
Access and maintain the advisor's client relationship database
Must be able to prioritize by both importance and urgency
Ability to multitask
See projects and tasks through completion and maintain accurate information for all paperwork and processes.
Exceptional at managing own and others' time efficiently and effectively
Keep appropriate people well informed of plans, progress, and decisions
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in the financial services/financial advising industry
Proficiency in Microsoft365 programs
Ability to quickly learn various software programs
High attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Use discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information and situations
High level of integrity
Motivated self-starter
*This position will be for 30 hours per week.
